When you use the APP through Meta (Oculus) devices, certain data is accessed via Meta’s platform features:

• USER_ID – A unique identifier provided by Meta.

• USER_PROFILE – Oculus username and profile photo.

The APP does not collect any other personally identifiable information (PII), financial information, or sensitive personal data.

2. How We Use This Information

The USER_ID and USER_PROFILE data are used only to:

• Identify and differentiate users during an active session.

• Display the username and profile photo inside the APP for personalization.

We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose outside the functioning of the APP.

3. Data Storage and Retention

OgdenXR does not store USER_ID or USER_PROFILE data outside the APP runtime. Once the APP is closed, this information is no longer retained by us.

5. Data Deletion Requests

Because OgdenXR does not persistently store USER_ID or USER_PROFILE data, there is generally no data to delete. However, if you submit a deletion request, we will:

• Permanently remove any incidental records or logs if they exist.
