1. Information We Access

When you use OgdenXR Booth on Meta devices, the application accesses certain data provided through Meta’s platform features:

• USER_ID – A unique identifier provided by Meta.
• USER_PROFILE – Username and profile picture.
• Meta Avatars – Avatar appearance and runtime animation signals required to render your avatar during the session.

The application does not access any other personally identifiable information (PII), financial information, biometric data, or sensitive personal information.

2. How We Use This Information

The USER_ID, USER_PROFILE, and Meta Avatars data are used exclusively to:

• Identify and differentiate participants during a shared virtual booth session.
• Display usernames, profile images, and avatars to support real-time presence and communication.

We do not use this information for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose outside the core functionality of the app.

3. Deep Linking and Invitations

OgdenXR Booth supports:

• Deep Linking – Allows users to join a specific booth or guided session directly through an invite link.
• In-App Invitations – Allows a host to invite other participants into a shared session.

These features are used solely to route participants to the correct virtual environment.
No personal data is stored or transmitted externally as part of the deep link or invitation process.

4. Data Storage and Retention

OgdenXR does not store USER_ID, USER_PROFILE, Avatar data, or session identifiers outside of the active runtime.
Once the app is closed, this information is no longer retained.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share USER_ID, USER_PROFILE, Avatar data, session information, or any other identifying data with third parties.

6. Data Deletion Requests

Because OgdenXR Booth does not persistently store personal data, there is typically no data to delete.
If you submit a deletion request, we will:

• Confirm that no personal data is stored after the session ends.
• Remove any incidental logs or temporary records if they exist.

7. Children’s Privacy

OgdenXR Booth is intended for users aged 13 and older.
We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from children under 13.
If a user under 13 participates, they must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
