1. Information We Collect

When you use the app through Meta devices, certain data is accessed via Meta’s platform features:

• USER_ID – A unique identifier provided by Meta.
• USER_PROFILE – Username and profile picture provided by Meta.
• Meta Avatars – Avatar visual representation and related runtime signals required to render your avatar in the session.

The app does not collect any other personally identifiable information (PII), financial information, or sensitive personal data.

2. How We Use This Information

The USER_ID, USER_PROFILE, and Meta Avatars data are used only to:

• Identify and differentiate users during an active shared session.
• Display username, profile image, and avatar for in-app recognition and presence.

We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose outside the functioning of the app.

3. Deep Linking and Invites

We support deep linking and in-app invites to help users join the correct session or virtual environment directly from an invite or link. These links are used solely to route participants to the intended experience and improve usability. No personal data is collected or stored as part of this process beyond what is strictly necessary to establish the session.

4. Data Storage and Retention

OgdenXR does not store USER_ID, USER_PROFILE, or Avatar data outside the app runtime. Once the app is closed, this information is no longer retained by us.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share USER_ID, USER_PROFILE, Avatar data, or any session-related information with third parties.

6. Data Deletion Requests

Because OgdenXR does not persistently store USER_ID, USER_PROFILE, or Avatar data, there is generally no data to delete. However, if you submit a deletion request, we will:

• Confirm that no personal data is stored after the session ends.
• Permanently remove any incidental records or logs if they exist.

7. Children’s Privacy

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a user under 13 participates, they must be accompanied by and under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian at all times.
